Þórsmörk (Thórsmörk) is a valley located behind the glaciers of Mýrdalsjökull and Eyjafjallajökull.
Probably one of the most beautiful places in Iceland with dozens of fantastic hiking trails.
We will visit different wonderful sites on the way in the morning, then hike in the afternoon.
The Landmannalaugar
A hiking and sightseeing tour of the Landmannalaugar.
The Landmannalaugar is a volcanic area in the Highlands. Mountains of all colors can be found, but the orange ones are prevailing.
We will stop on the road to the sites of Ljótipollur and Sigöldugljúfur before hiking in the Landmannalaugar.

Vikings and Waterfalls
Discover the Þjósárdalur valley. Its remote waterfalls, some being among the highest in the country, and the sites of Viking heritage.
What caused the Vikings to abandon the settlement of Stöng is the same thing that actually preserved it: An eruption of Hekla in the 11hundreds. If the Vikings ran away from it, the ashes helped to preserve the remains of the longhouse.
